In 2015, David founded Student Realty, a full-service leasing & management company operating as the front-end client services entity of a private student housing portfolio. Critical relationships were built spanning the New Jersey community banking space, elevating product standards throughout the successful execution of the portfolio’s growth strategy.
David graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and returned to receive a Master’s in Business Administration. David is a Certified Property Manager© through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Greater NY Chapter.
Haik serves as a Managing Partner at Alpine Limited Private Security, responsible for the operational methodology that spans revenue management, accounting strategy, internal investments and building the team for scale.
Haik has over a decade of experience as a Professional Services Leader in the regulated technology and consulting space, with a distinguished career that encompasses consulting practice building, business development & growth, operational excellence, the implementation of enterprise-grade quality management solutions and the establishment of highly-effective methodologies for both internal and customer-facing excellence.
Haik graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management, a unique degree that provided a formal education aligned with the management / professional consulting industry.
